C6-C7 spinal cord injury doing lat pulls
Lat Pull

Lat pulls are an excellent means of reducing slouch and developing a V-shaped body that accompanies high spinal cord injury. They emphasize the lower front chest muscles that enable people to sit up straight.

In addition, the UPPERTONE is designed so that a person with quadriplegia, or spinal cord injury, can adjust the lat pull arms so that their arms rest comfortably on the elbow pads.

And of course, as for all exercises, effective resistance can be varied from 2 pounds to 180 pounds.
