The QuadDesk comes with optional extensions that add even more workspace to your desk without impeding your ability to maneuver your wheelchair in and around the desk.

The above figures show a large desk with the rotating top on the right ( of course you can also get it with the rotating table to the left), with all possible extension configurations. Each of these extensions adds more than 370 sq. in., or 2.6 sq. ft., of additional workspace. Depending on your needs, and the equipment you have, fax machines, printers etc., you can get any one of the extensions, or both extensions for a total additional workspace of 5.2 sq. ft.

Or, because of the QuadDesk's modular design you can decide to get the basic desk, and get the extensions when you need them.

And of course, as the page shows, the extensions are available for both the medium or large desks, with rotating tops on either side.

The optional, height adjustable, carousel shown above provides four shelves that rotate independently of the rotating top. While the carousel provides extra workspace for books, documents, and other papers, it is ideal for those who do a lot of reading.

Because the carousel's height can be adjusted all books, documents etc. can be kept at eye level, or at the most comfortable level, for reading and accessing. This not only makes turning pages etc. easier, but reading is literally no longer a pain in the neck.

In addition, because the carousel rotates around a free standing tube, rotating it is effortless.

Finally, because of the QuadDesk's modular design, you can get the desk without the carousel, and upgrade it to include the carousel as your needs grow.
